Some basic Kweyol by Diane Corriette

I really wasn’t taught how to speak/write using the Kweyol language so I can add some basic things as I learn it (which means as I ask my mum!)

Because my parents and all their friends spoke it around us I have a good comand of listening and am able to understand but reply in English!

So here a basic greeting

ca ka fete? – How are you (what’s happening, what’s going on …)

moi la oui – I’m there yes is the literal translation  or moi bien (i’m good)

Please, feel free to take over!
